We’re better at looking after houses than we are at proofreading brochures. If you’ve spotted our printing mishap, the coffee is on us! Here is how it works:
1. How to Claim
To trigger your free coffee, head to our Contact Us page and send us a message. To make it a “genuine enquiry,” please include:
- Your Full Name, Email, and Phone Number (WhatsApp is fine!).
- The Address of your Auckland rental property.
- Select how we can help you or tell us about your enquiry in the message box.
- The “Mistake” you found in the brochure (quote it in the message box).
2. Who Can Join In?
This offer is for the legal owners of residential investment property in the Greater Auckland area. Whether you live down the road in Ellerslie or halfway across the world in London, as long as the house is in Auckland, you’re eligible.
3. The Verification Bit
We’ll do a quick check of public land records to confirm you’re the owner (or the authorised representative). We limit this to one coffee per property owner.
4. Getting Your Coffee
- Local Owners: We’ll send a digital café voucher to your phone or email. Alternatively, we can shout you a coffee in person when we meet for your rental appraisal.
- Overseas Owners: We’ll send you a digital gift card of equivalent value, or we can “bank” it for you to enjoy next time you’re back in Auckland for a visit.
5. The Not-So-Fine Print
- This promotion is valid while our current “mistake-ridden” brochure stock lasts (we have 300 of them!).
- By reaching out, you’re consenting to a chat with the Yello House team about your property management needs. Don’t worry, we handle your data with care, strictly following the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
- This offer isn’t exchangeable for cash, but it is a great excuse for a catch-up about your investment goals.
